Ideal for businesses such as care home, hotels and event catering, any freshly prepared standalone dishes and condiments can be preserved in the top-mounted dry heat bain marie, whilst the remaining plates and meals are safely held in the interior cabinet. Gastronorm pans for the bain marie must be bought separately.
