Suitable for the frying of fish, chips, sausages, doughnuts and similar products, you can remove the drop-in frying basket to cook any larger fish or doughnuts thanks to an integral fish plate built into the chamber. A multi layer basket system enables the basket to be suspended above your oil after cooking, allowing your food to drain of excess oil and therefore served at the optimal consistency and texture. A heat resistant basket handle allows for continuous use of the fryer without irritation to the operator, and the addition of a drainage tap means you need not wait for the oil to cool after you have finished cooking.
