As a manual fill machine, the Buffalo is incredibly easy to set up and use - simply position, fill, plug in and switch on - there's no need for plumbing into a mains water connection - and due to the huge capacity, refills are kept to a minimum. Cleaning is easy too, as the strong stainless steel construction is wipe-clean whilst the concealed element is much easier to descale in comparison to traditional exposed water boiler elements. And thanks to the variable temperature control, the Buffalo commercial boiler can be used to keep water below boiling if required - perfect for specialist drinks.
