If you're planning on storing your food in a Weck jar for a prolonged period of time, you'll need to make sure your jars are airtight to prevent bacteria from getting inside and spoiling your product. To do this, you'll need rubber washers (sold separately) to form the seal, and these cover clamps to ensure the seal is completely airtight. Constructed from stainless steel, these clamps are high quality and hard-wearing to guarantee a long lifespan.
