Is the glass attached on delivery?

No, to prevent transit damage the glass is delivered flat packed. Instructions how to assemble the glass are in the user manual.

Does the fridge work partially filled?

For maximum efficiency and performance, it's always best to fill all the gastronorm positions - even if they are empty pans.
