Pastry Knives and Cake Dividers
Pastry knives include utensils designed for spreading and smoothing cake icing, fondant and other mixtures. This includes palette knives, also known as icing spatulas or offset spatulas, which are also ideal for lifting finished cakes into boxes for transport or directly placed on a cake stand. Cake dividers are ideal for marking out even portions for slicing, scoring across the top of the cake to make sure each cut with your cake knife is effortless.
