Utilising the flexibility of a flat top hob with the streamlined efficiency of a gastronorm compatible oven, the Opus 800 Solid Top Oven can support a varied menu without compromising on quality. Temperature gradients can be generated across the whole top so as to allow a varied set of hard and delicate foods to cook at the same time without the limitation of hob burners. Highly accurate and responsive heating inside also offers consistent results across each of its four individual shelf heights.
