For round the clock customer service, this Kubus Drop In Cold Deli uses a rectangular gantry to maintain optimum food temperature throughout the day. Operating through hydrocarbon refrigeration (r290), this model runs at a lower cost and with less environmental damage than regular models. Reducing the risk of cross contamination through sneeze screens and side glass panels, the front glass can be tilted forwards on a locking hinge for quick and easy cleaning access. The deck plates housed in the chill well can also be removed for cleaning, and an integrated water evaporator removes the hassle of regularly draining the unit. GN pans sold separately.
