Made from stainless steel, with a smoothly welded frame for easy cleaning and supplied with a wooden spatula and spreader, the cast iron griddle is banded with stainless steel protecting the appliance from splashes. The safety thermocouple automatically cuts off gas supply if the flame goes out.
