Designed to operate effectively in areas where air cooled machine cannot, the Hoshizaki Water Cooled Ice Maker IM-100WNE can produce fantastic quality large or medium size ice cubes even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 40°C. Equally suitable as a front or back of house ice machine, the IM-100WNE has an impressive output of 95kg of ice every day, with a generous storage capacity of 50kg. To ensure the very best quality ice is produced, the machine uses the unique Hoshizaki closed cell system - ice is made using only fresh water every time.
