The FriFri Basic+ 622 Freestanding Fryer helps you to produce deliciously crispy fish, chips, chicken or onion rings with consistent quality every time. Using high performance multi-coil elements, the oil is ready to cook within minutes, whilst temperature recovery times are lower to improve frying output. Two independent frying tanks help you to cook multiple dishes without flavour transfer, whilst the innovative seamless tank design makes them much easier to clean in comparison to welded fryers. To improve efficiency and reduce running costs further, this model features built-in two stage oil filtration as standard, which helps to reduce food debris in the oil and extend its lifespan.
