Heat from both the base element and from the infra-red light in the overhead gantry ensures chips stay crisp and consistently warm. Both of these heat sources can be modified independently for personal preference. Pressed pan with rounded corners for ease of cleaning. Combine with Pro-Lite range of base units for added flexibility.
