The hob is designed specifically for use in busy professional kitchens and includes features to speed up service and reduce cleaning times. Removable cast iron pan supports, as well as deep drawn pressed wells and robust stainless steel construction all contribute to the hob being exceptionally strong and simple to clean. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
