With a thick 18mm plate, heat is effectively retained and evenly distributed throughout the plate, meaning you can cook eggs, bacon, steaks, chicken and pancakes with ease, using the whole plate surface if required. To make cleaning easier, the G9581 includes an innovative grease collection trough, which surrounds the entire plate. Supplied with a handy mobile stand, which keeps the unit at a comfortable working height, whilst and also doubling as vital additional storage space. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
