With two powerful 8.2kW burners which evenly distribute heat across the smooth 18mm thick plate, you can quickly and easily shallow fry a large variety of foods such as eggs, bacon, steaks and chicken. For convenience, the griddle is completely surrounded by a grease collection trough which, along with the removable tray, makes the G9581 simple to clean and maintain. Supplied on a sturdy fixed stand. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
