Featuring incredibly heavy duty construction and controls, the gas Falcon Chieftain general purpose oven provides exceptional reliability and performance. Fully gastronorm compatible, the Falcon oven is able to accept double size (2/1) pans and the robust drop-down door acts as a sturdy surface to rest trays. The stainless steel worktop acts as additional work space and can accommodate other appliances. For safety, the adjustable shelves include an anti-tilt facility, preventing accidents whilst moving pans in and out of the oven. Supplied on castors for ease of cleaning at the end of service.
