Entice customers through this elliptical heated deli from CED Designline, a tilted display unit that provides both base and surface heated to an array of breakfast and lunchtime produce. Creating base heat through heated mats below the drop in and surface heat from infra red quartz lamps, you can modify temperature for both through a control panel on the operator's side to maintain the consistency of your chosen food. A heated display shelf is located just below the gantry to showcase additional stock, besides the total of 3/1 GN of heated space in the food well. Sneeze screens fitted to the gantry can be tilted on a locking hinge for effortless cleaning access when needed.
