Clever internal storage allows up to 24 five litre Napoli pans to be held in reserve at serving temperature at the same time as 16 Napoli pans in the ready-to-serve upper compartment. The internal inverter compressor uses up to 75% less energy than standard compressors whilst the addition of internal LED lighting ensures the Optimus 16 ice cream counter is the ideal efficient addition to retail outlets and canteens.
